What is the minimum commitment?

Depending on the package you choose, the minimum commitment with our subscription is 12 months and for pay-as-you-go it’s 50 credits.

How does onboarding work?

It’s simple. One of our senior Producers or EPs will meet with you to understand your typical production needs, assess your first request, and assign the right producer. They’ll also go over billing, communication, and any other details before getting started.

What if I don’t use my whole budget in a month?

Our model is flexible. Any unused credits can carry over for up to a year in most cases.

How much does a typical project cost?

Project pricing varies based on your specific needs, but it can start as low as 10 credits. The more we work together, the more efficient we get, which helps reduce costs over time.

What if I need more support?

We’ve got you covered. You can use your credits to bring in as much help as you need. If you need more credits, we offer volume discounts and one-time increases to help fund larger projects.
